Why work with me?

I've had my share of mistreatment as a high achieving Black woman over the three decades of my career. It took some tears and time  but I figured out how I could authentically be in corporate spaces and still maintain my dignity in the face of incivility. My legal and alternative dispute resolution background enabled me to see more and different options while negotiation training helped me master the mindset and language needed to find creative solutions.  You won't have to justify,  over-explain or feel ashamed with me because I've been where you're at.  I not only survived, but thrived and I want to help you do the same.
